Agreements Executive
Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid Working
Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Agreements Executive to join our team supporting one of the world's leading automotive groups, Volkswagen Group.
If you're highly organised, have a strong eye for detail and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, this is an opportunity to play an important role in managing fleet customer agreements and supporting a smooth customer journey.
You'll work closely with customers, clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring agreements are processed accurately, information is kept up to date and queries are handled efficiently.
The role
As an Agreements Executive, you'll manage vital fleet customer sales agreements, ensuring all terms are processed promptly and accurately.
You'll maintain accurate records across CRM and database systems, distribute finalised agreements to key stakeholders and respond to queries via email and phone.
You'll also play an important role in representing the Volkswagen Group brands positively, building strong relationships and delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.

This is a detail-focused role where organisation, accuracy and ownership are key. You'll need to manage your workload effectively, communicate confidently and make sure every agreement and customer interaction is handled to a high standard.
What you'll be doing
- Agreement Processing: Managing fleet customer sales agreements and ensuring all terms are processed promptly and accurately.
- Database Management: Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring data is up to date and easily accessible.
- Brand Representation: Representing the Volkswagen Group brands positively in all interactions.
- Customer Service Excellence: Developing strong relationships both within the office and with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Communication: Distributing finalised agreements to customers and key stakeholders, responding to queries efficiently via email and phone.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who combines strong organisation and attention to detail with a genuine focus on customer service.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in administration or a similar detail-focused role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong IT skills, with experience using CRM or database systems.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive approach and the ability to take personal responsibility for your work.
- A positive, professional approach and a willingness to learn and develop.
