Do you have a background in farming or livestock and enjoy working with people? This could be a great opportunity to take your agricultural knowledge in a new direction.
This is a customer focused role with a strong agricultural connection. You will be speaking directly with farmers, helping them resolve queries, supporting them with the platform and showing them how they can get the most from it.
A genuine understanding of farming, livestock or agriculture is essential. This could come from working on a farm, a background in livestock, agricultural studies, an agricultural role or simply having strong practical knowledge of the farming environment.
Previous experience in customer support or technology is useful, but it is not essential. Full training will be provided.
The role
As an Agricultural Customer Support Executive the role will involve:
- Responding to customer queries and support requests
- Speaking directly with farmers by phone to understand and resolve issues
- Helping customers use different features and explaining things clearly
- Supporting new customers through their onboarding journey
- Delivering online demonstrations and training sessions
- Following up with customers who need additional support
- Helping customers identify features that could add value to their farming operation
- Taking ownership of customer issues and working through problems to find solutions
- Recognising customers who may be disengaging and taking appropriate action
- Recording customer interactions and feedback accurately
- Contributing to customer guides and onboarding materials
- Supporting agricultural shows and events when required

About You
The key requirement for this position is agricultural knowledge or experience.
You may currently be working in farming, livestock or another agricultural environment and be looking for a change. Alternatively, you may have studied agriculture and be looking for your first graduate opportunity.
Previous customer service experience would be beneficial, but candidates will also be considered from other backgrounds where they can demonstrate the right skills and attitude.

Salary: A GBP 26,000 to A GBP 28,000
Bonus: Up to A GBP 7,000 per annum
Hours: 8.45am to 5pm
Location: Newport, Shropshire
Working: Hybrid, 2 days in the office and 3 days at home
