The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Agricultural Solicitor to join a collaborative and well-established team advising a broad range of rural, commercial, and private clients on complex property matters. You will join a busy and growing team undertaking a varied caseload of agricultural and development-related property work. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers across multiple disciplines, gaining exposure to some of the region's most interesting land and property matters.
The work is diverse and may include:
- Agricultural land sales and acquisitions
- Development and strategic land transactions
- Rural estate and land management matters
- Renewable energy and diversification projects
- Property portfolio management
- Complex title and land ownership issues
- Support on wider commercial property transactions where required
This role offers a strong balance of high-quality technical work, client contact, and business development opportunities.

About You
The firm is keen to hear from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with experience in property law.
Whilst agricultural property experience would be highly advantageous, applications are equally welcomed from lawyers with a strong background in real estate development, commercial property, or strategic land work who are interested in developing a specialism within the rural sector.
You will likely demonstrate:
- Strong technical property law experience
- Excellent commercial awareness
- The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Confidence managing matters with an appropriate level of supervision
- A proactive and collaborative approach
- An interest in developing your professional profile and contributing to future team growth
