About Grosvenor Farms

Grosvenor Farms stewards 6,000 acres on the Eaton Estate, milking 2,650 cows whilst growing forage and grain for feed. We operate a circular farming system, recycling nutrients back into the arable operation and investing in innovative technologies, including a gas-to-grid anaerobic digestion plant producing enough biomethane to power approximately 5,000 homes each year.

As part of the wider Grosvenor organisation, we are committed to delivering lasting commercial, social and environmental benefit and are looking for people who share our values of integrity, respect and trust.

Why Join Us?

If you are passionate about farming, take pride in high-quality work and want to be part of a progressive business with long-term ambitions, we'd love to hear from you.

This role offers the opportunity to work with modern equipment in a forward-thinking farming business that embraces innovation, precision farming and sustainable agriculture. We are committed to supporting development and training, including opportunities to broaden technical expertise in spraying, harvesting and wider arable operations.

We offer a competitive salary, very generous non-contributory pension, and other benefits and discounts via our employee benefits platform.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
