Agricultural Parts Advisor

Join our busy multi‑franchise agricultural dealership.

About Us

Haynes Agricultural Ltd is a long-established, family-owned business (part of the Haynes Group, founded in 1790). We are proud main dealers for New Holland, Case IH, JCB and leading brands including Kawasaki, McConnel, Stihl, Husqvarna and more. With modern depots across the Southeast, including our Alton site, we deliver exceptional support to ground care professionals, local authorities, amenity sectors, farmers and contractors. We invest heavily in our people and offer long-term career development.

We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join the team. With customer service at the heart of our business, you will need a proactive, customer‑focused attitude to support customers and colleagues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent results in a busy, fast‑paced parts environment.
  • Drive proactive parts sales across face‑to‑face, phone, email and online channels.
  • Support customers with parts and groundcare equipment enquiries, offering expert advice and solutions.
  • Ensure retail and workshop customers are supported quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain a well‑organised shop and warehouse environment.
  • Handle goods inwards and outbound orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Build and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships across the depot’s territory.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
