Agricultural Service Engineer
£37,500-£42,500 + Overtime + Service Van + Training + Career Development

- £37,500-£42,500 per annum, depending on experience
- Overtime available, particularly during busy seasonal periods

Role Overview
- Service, maintain, and repair agricultural machinery to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and rectify electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and powertrain faults
- Complete service reports, documentation, and job records accurately
- Provide professional support to customers both on-site and in the field

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working on agricultural, plant, or commercial vehicle equipment
- Strong hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to work independently and deliver excellent customer service
Desirable Experience
- Land Based Engineering qualification or relevant apprenticeship
- Experience using diagnostic software and modern machinery systems
- Understanding of GPS, telematics, and machine control technology
- Welding and fabrication experience
Work Location
- Field-based role covering customer sites across the local region
- Dedicated service van, laptop, mobile phone, and tablet provided
- Mix of planned maintenance, servicing, and breakdown support
- Occasional travel for manufacturer training and development
