GBP35,000 - GBP50,000 + Company Vehicle + Overtime + Training + Benefits

A well-established agricultural and groundcare machinery dealership is looking to recruit two Service Technicians/Engineers to join its growing engineering team. This is a varied role working both in the workshop and at customer sites, servicing and repairing a wide range of agricultural and groundcare equipment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with agricultural, groundcare, or plant machinery experience looking to join a stable business that offers ongoing manufacturer training and long-term career development.

The Role

  • Service, maintain, and repair agricultural and groundcare machinery
  • Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and pre-delivery inspections
  • Work both from the workshop and at customer sites across the region
  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Always ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
  • Support customers with technical advice and equipment maintenance requirements

The Candidate

  • Previous experience working on agricultural, groundcare, or similar machinery
  • Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive and proactive approach to work
  • Flexible to support overtime and occasional weekend rota requirements
  • Eligible to work in the UK with a full driving licence
