This is a growth-oriented recruitment, targeting seasoned physical traders who can leverage their market expertise, commercial connections, and strategic vision to identify and develop profitable product lines.
The business aims to enhance its footprint in pulses, spices, almonds, nuts, and other specialty agricultural commodities, offering the right candidate the opportunity to shape new product offerings and significantly contribute to the company's next growth phase.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand physical trading operations for specialty agricultural products.
- Initiate new business opportunities with suppliers, customers, importers, distributors, processors, and end-users.
- Discover profitable product opportunities within pulses, spices, nuts, and other niche agricultural sectors.
- Manage and grow a commercial portfolio, focusing on margin enhancement, repeat business, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the in-house operations team to ensure seamless execution of physical trades.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record in physical agricultural commodities trading.
- Significant experience with specialty products, including pulses, spices, nuts, almonds, or similar.
- Established connections with relevant suppliers, customers, importers, distributors, or end-users.
- Demonstrated ability to generate business leads, client flow, or provide clear evidence of commercial value.
- Commercial acumen, social confidence, and analytical skills.
