What you’ll be responsible for
- Build good working relationships with farmers and growers, providing excellent customer service and promoting the benefits of biosolids as a soil enhancing product
- Inform farmers and growers on the biosolids products available to them
- Build relationships with NRW / Environment Agency and Environmental Health Officers to keep them fully informed of biosolids recycling activities
- Ensure maintenance of 100% biosolids recycling compliance to prevent legal action against the company and to prevent financial penalties being incurred by Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water
- Undertake field soil sampling and stockpile inspections ensuring all data is accurately collected and recorded in accordance with IMS procedures
- Fully comply with IMS procedures to ensure compliance with the industry Biosolids Assurance Scheme
- Undertaking administrative tasks necessary for demonstrating compliant delivery and recycling of biosolids
- Guide on specialist subject areas relevant to your expertise or development goals on behalf of the team.
About you
- Agricultural, water industry or environmental experience
- IT literate and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work to deadlines without compromising quality
- Adaptable to changing priorities
- Ability to travel as job requires
- Ability to demonstrate a commercial approach to cost efficiency and understand the need for large scale change programmes to achieve a high performance business culture
- Ensure effective day to day delivery of services
- Develop positive working relationships and to be seen as a highly credible representative of the business
