Agriculture and Rural Network Adjuster - Northwest

Get up close with the unique world of Agriculture and the Rural community.

Job Location: Northwest/West Midlands

Job Type: Permanent

Remuneration: Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualifications

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Loss Adjuster within our Agriculture and Rural Network team based in the Northwest/West Midlands area.

At Sedgwick, our Agriculture and Rural Network deals with a wide range of property claims coming from the rural community.

Imagine stepping into farmers' lives during their toughest moments: From peril related damage to an isolated farmhouse, a hailstorm wrecking crops, a barn fire destroying a barn and farm equipment, livestock lost to disease and a wide range of diverse activities as the rural community reacts and evolves to modern times and ways of working. You'll be the reassuring presence amidst the chaos, building relationships with customers, agricultural agencies, and brokers then returning to your desk at Sedgwick or your laptop at home to compile comprehensive reports, managing claims from cradle to grave in accordance with client requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
