Description
Position Objective: In this job, the team member will be responsible for general labor duties of agronomy, efficient operations of the location, and provide outstanding customer service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Perform operational functions of the agronomy location including blending, loading, delivery of product, and general labor.
- Complete all related paperwork in a timely manner.
- Manage inventory in accordance with company procedures/policies.
- Maintain facility and equipment, keeping it clean and in safe working condition.
- Assist in other departments/locations as needed.
- Ensure services are performed in such a manner as to maintain good customer relations.
- Comply with all federal and state Department of Transportation regulations and strive for excellent Comprehensive Safety Analysis (CSA) scores.
- Know and follow all company safety policies/procedures. Perform work in a safe manner while observing all traffic laws and all OSHA state and federal safety regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Report all maintenance items to supervisor.
- Maintain equipment in operational and clean appearances at all times.
- Represent yourself and CFS professionally at all times in action and appearance – positively enriching the culture of CFS.
- Make decisions and follow instructions with little or no supervision.
- Perform other duties or projects as requested by management.

Requirements

- Maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
- Maintain required Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certification.
- Maintain insurability requirements in accordance with property and casualty insurance guidelines.
- Ability to obtain commercial applicators license.
- Acceptable driving record.

Salary Description
$50,000 - $60,000.00
