Description

Position Objective:

In this job, the team member will manage the warehouse operations, treat seed, weigh anhydrous tanks, promote teamwork and customer relations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Know products in warehouse, the system for managing the products and how to pull orders
  • Maintenance of warehouse equipment.
  • Treat seed according to customer specifications
  • Efficient operation of the anhydrous delivery system including weighing anhydrous nurse tanks.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner
  • Promotes teamwork by ensuring customers, vendors and employees are responded to in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Practice good housekeeping procedures to comply with company and OSHA policies.
  • Know and follow all company safety policies/procedure. Perform work in a safe manner while observing all traffic laws and all OSHA state and federal safety regulations
  • Represent yourself and CFS professionally at all times in action and appearance
  • Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or management

Requirements:

Licensing, Certification and Qualification:

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record - prefer CDL Class A. Will assist with obtaining.
  • Obtain custom applicator license

Working Environment:

Employee is exposed to conditions inside a warehouse type building and could be exposed to external elements and temperature extremes. Ability to work extended hours.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must also be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, have full use of both arms and legs and good finger dexterity.
