About the Role

Take ownership of a brand-new AI adoption function with genuine influence and autonomy. Work with leading AI tools and technologies while helping shape business-wide transformation. Hybrid working, supportive team with clear opportunities for career growth.

Are you passionate about helping people get the most from AI? This AI Adoption Co-Ordinator opportunity offers the chance to lead the rollout of advanced AI tools across a growing organisation. Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive adoption, create best practice standards, deliver training, and help teams embed AI into their everyday work. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and significant scope to grow as AI becomes increasingly central to the business.

*2 days per week at their office in Central London.

What Experience You’ll Need to Apply

  • At least one year of hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, GPT, or similar technologies.
  • Experience building or supporting AI workflows, automations, projects, or agent-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI adoption, training delivery, and user enablement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience producing user guides, documentation, and training materials.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently and driving initiatives forward.
  • Experience with integrations, connectors, workflow design, or AI architecture would be advantageous.
  • Background within music, entertainment, creative industries, or digital businesses would be beneficial.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an AI Adoption Co-Ordinator, you will take ownership of AI adoption initiatives across multiple teams. You will lead the rollout of AI platforms, connectors, and workflows, ensuring employees are confident using these tools in their day-to-day responsibilities. You will deliver engaging training sessions, provide ongoing support, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. The AI Adoption Co-Ordinator will also create clear documentation, maintain standards and governance processes, and ensure AI usage remains effective and compliant.

You will help build automated workflows and AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency while streamlining processes and deliver measurable value. You will act as the central point of contact for AI-related queries, helping teams identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, quality, and consistency. Working closely with department leaders, you will encourage engagement, track adoption levels, and help establish a network of AI champions across the business to sustain momentum and share best practice.

The role will involve a mixture of strategic planning and hands-on delivery. One day you could be running in-person workshops and one-to-one coaching sessions, and the next you could be developing AI skills, creating new workflows, or refining processes that support business objectives. You'll continuously evaluate new tools and capabilities, helping ensure the organisation stays at the forefront of AI innovation while maintaining clear standards and governance.
