AI Adoption & Community Lead

Investment Management Firm

Location: London or Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum + 17.5% bonus


We are partnering with an established Investment Management firm that is building its AI adoption capability and looking for an AI Adoption & Community Lead to drive AI democratisation across the organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to shape an AI adoption strategy from the ground up, helping teams understand, adopt, and maximise the value of AI through training, communities, governance, and practical use cases.

Reporting into the Head of AI & Data Insights, you will play a key role in embedding AI into everyday ways of working, ensuring responsible adoption and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the AI adoption programme across the organisation.
  • Build AI training programmes, communities, and champion networks.
  • Identify and develop AI use cases that improve efficiency and business processes.
  • Support AI governance, policy, and responsible AI practices.
  • Run engagement initiatives including workshops, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Track adoption, usage, and business impact.
  • Partner with Technology, Data, Compliance, Risk, and L&D teams.

About You

You will have experience delivering transformation, adoption, or change programmes, with a strong interest in AI and how it can improve the way organisations work.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience driving technology adoption or organisational change.
  • Strong programme management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to translate AI concepts into practical business value.
  • Experience building communities, training programmes, or enablement initiatives.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to create structure from ambiguity.

Desirable: Experience within financial services, investment management, data, analytics, or regulated environments.
