About BCN
At BCN we unite people and technology to enable organisations to fly.
We believe people and organisations can achieve anything using technology to its full potential. Our role is to help them understand what is possible, implement in the right way and utilise their technology to achieve their ambitions. Which is why we put people front and centre – building client relationships for life and fostering a culture where our people thrive.
We are a leading managed IT services provider and technology consultant, specialising in delivering transformative technology solutions with industry-leading client experience across business, public sector and not for profit organisations. From cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management to power app development, we are dedicated to pioneering technology with Microsoft innovation.
Guided by our 3 values of building relationships, customer success and passion and dedication, we are on a mission to make BCN the most trusted tech partner in the UK today. The kind of company clients want to work with, and people want to work for.
We are delighted you are on this journey with us!
Focus of the Role
We are looking for an AI Adoption Consultant to help our clients realise real value from AI by putting their people at the centre. This is a client-facing delivery role at the heart of BCN Human+, our human-centred AI practice. Your focus will be bringing Generative AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot to life for organisations – co-creating and delivering the programme of training and adoption sessions that give people the confidence, skills and trust to work in genuinely new ways.
Our people have three things in common: a curiosity for learning, a drive to deliver projects brilliantly, and a belief that together we make a difference.
Working closely with our BCN Human+ Lead, you will help design and deliver a structured programme of Microsoft 365 Copilot sessions – introducing the tools, building capability across their features, and weaving in the human-centred approach that makes adoption stick. You will be equally comfortable co-building session content and standing in front of a room, translating something genuinely complex into a message that connects with people at every level, from the workshop floor to the leadership table. Grounded in behavioural insight and change know-how, you will help ensure new ways of working are adopted, trusted and embedded in how people work day to day. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a growing capability and become a trusted voice in how UK organisations adopt AI.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Responsibilities
- Co-design and deliver BCN’s Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption programme – a structured series of sessions that introduce Copilot, build confidence across its features, and embed a human-centred way of working.
- Run "Art of the Possible" envisioning sessions and executive briefings that bring practical Gen AI and Copilot use cases to life and build leadership buy-in.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions, holding the room with presence and translating complex AI concepts into clear, practical value for non-technical audiences.
- Tailor session content and delivery to each client’s context, culture and level of AI maturity, working alongside the BCN Human+ Lead.
- Support readiness diagnostics and adoption planning – helping assess clients across the five human pillars (Leadership, Skills, Ways of Working, Culture and Trust) and shaping practical roadmaps.
- Apply behavioural science and structured change methods (e.g. ADKAR / COM-B) to drive genuine behaviour change and make adoption stick.
- Build and support AI champion networks within client organisations to sustain momentum beyond the sessions.
- Champion responsible, human-in-command use of AI – helping people adopt safe, trusted ways of working with Copilot, in step with BCN’s governance and security teams.
- Track and measure adoption, confidence and business impact, using insight to improve delivery and demonstrate value to clients.
- Collaborate across BCN’s data, AI, security and delivery teams so the human layer connects to real technology rollouts.
- Contribute to proposals, scoping and pre-sales conversations as the practice grows.
Person, Skills & Experience
- An outstanding communicator and facilitator – you hold a room with presence and can convey something complex in a way that genuinely connects with people.
- Confident designing and delivering engaging training, workshops and presentations to audiences at all levels, from frontline teams to senior leaders.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot, with genuine enthusiasm for AI and how it is changing the way people work.
- Able to translate AI tools and concepts into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
- An instinct for content and session design – you enjoy co-creating content, training material and shaping how each session lands.
- Grounded in behavioural science, organisational psychology or change management – enough to understand how people build trust, habits and skills, and to help make adoption stick.
- Comfortable talking about responsible and trusted use of AI – data protection, human oversight and why they build the confidence that drives adoption – working alongside BCN’s governance and security teams.
- Experience in a client-facing training, enablement, adoption or change role, in a consultancy, professional-services or internal-transformation context.
- A self-starter, comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a small, growing practice, with the credibility to build trust with client stakeholders.
- Well organised, able to manage multiple client sessions and priorities at once.
- Desirable: Microsoft certification (e.g. Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Copilot) or experience supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot rollouts.
- Desirable: a change certification (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR) or a qualification in organisational psychology, L&D or facilitation.
- Desirable: experience measuring adoption or training impact, and comfort working with data.
- Desirable: sector experience relevant to BCN’s UK mid-market and enterprise client base.
