AI Adoption & Enablement Lead

Join us to play a pivotal role in transforming AI innovation into real customer value. Working across Professional Services, Sales, and AI programme teams, you’ll drive agent adoption, identify high-impact use cases, measure business outcomes, and help shape the company’s AI strategy.

Ideal candidates should have:

  • Experience in enterprise software delivery
  • Expertise in change management
  • Strong commercial stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excitement about unlocking AI’s full potential for organisations

Role Purpose

The AI Adoption & Enablement Lead oversees everything that occurs after agents are built. This role acts as the bridge between the agent build programme and Professional Services (PS)—tracking deployment, adoption, and performance while ensuring alignment between delivery success and commercial strategy.

Equal parts consultative credibility, analytical rigor, and business fluency are essential.

Responsibilities

Adoption Tracking & Measurement

  • Maintain a live dashboard of agent deployments across PS teams, capturing:
    • Which agents are live
    • Assigned accounts
    • Current stage of adoption
  • Analyse adoption data to identify:
    • Effective approaches
    • Barriers to uptake
    • Root causes
  • Provide actionable insights and regular adoption reports to programme leadership

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
