Do you want to play a leading role in helping a major UK Bank embed AI into the way its people work, collaborate and deliver value?
We're supporting a highly respected Bank on the appointment of an AI Adoption Lead, a strategic role focused on driving enterprise-wide AI adoption, capability building and cultural change as AI moves from experimentation into everyday business use.
This is an opportunity to influence AI strategy, shape organisational capability and help define what AI-native ways of working look like across both business and technology teams.
Full Time Permanent Role
UK | Hybrid - London based
Up to £115,000 + Bonus & Benefits
What You'll Be Doing
- Defining and delivering the organisation's AI adoption, enablement and business readiness strategy.
- Leading the rollout and adoption of AI tools including Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot and other emerging technologies.
- Building AI literacy, capability and upskilling programmes across diverse user groups.
- Creating adoption frameworks, metrics and success measures that demonstrate clear business value.
- Establishing AI champion networks and communities of practice.
- Developing communications, learning and change management plans to support sustainable behavioural change.
- Working closely with architecture, engineering and technical teams on AI tooling assessments and rollout planning.
- Helping technology teams embrace AI-native software development practices and maximise the value of GitHub Copilot.
- Supporting enterprise transformation initiatives by embedding AI into future operating models and ways of working.
- Engaging with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions to drive adoption and alignment.

What We're Looking For
- Strong experience leading large-scale technology adoption, transformation or change programmes.
- Experience driving adoption of AI tools within enterprise environments.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot or similar AI productivity platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Strong programme, project or transformation delivery experience.
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively.
- Experience developing training, enablement, communications or adoption strategies.
- Commercial focus on delivering measurable business outcomes from technology investments.
- Sufficient technical understanding to work credibly with engineering, architecture and technology stakeholders.
