AI Adoption Lead

We're recruiting for an experienced AI Adoption Lead to join a leading professional services organisation that's investing heavily in artificial intelligence and innovation. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies across legal and business services teams, driving real business value while ensuring AI is implemented responsibly and effectively.

Working closely with senior leaders, technology teams, and end users, you'll lead AI adoption initiatives, deliver engaging training programmes, build a network of AI champions, and help embed AI into everyday working practices.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the organisation's AI adoption and change management strategy.
  • Drive engagement and increase the effective use of AI tools across the business.
  • Deliver training, workshops, demonstrations, and practical learning resources.
  • Create AI best practice guidance, prompting techniques, and role-specific use cases.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across legal, business services, and technology teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and service delivery through AI.
  • Promote the responsible, ethical, and secure use of AI.
  • Monitor adoption, analyse feedback, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Stay up to date with developments in AI and legal technology to help shape future innovation.

What We're Looking For

You'll bring experience in technology adoption, digital transformation, change management, learning, or innovation within a professional services environment.

You'll also have:

  • Strong understanding of generative AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 AI capabilities.
  • Experience delivering engaging training and user adoption programmes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • A passion for innovation and helping people embrace new ways of working.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within a law firm or professional services organisation.
  • Knowledge of legal technology platforms such as CoCounsel, Protégé, Legora, or similar AI solutions.
  • Understanding of information governance, data protection, and responsible AI principles.
  • Relevant qualifications in change management, learning and development, or technology adoption.
