AI Adoption Lead

Up to £80,000 per annum + £6,000 car allowance (flexible as cash)

La Fosse are delighted to be partnering with a global, highly federated organisation employing around 120,000 people across 70 businesses worldwide, in the search for an AI Adoption Lead to join their growing AI & Emerging Technology function.

The Opportunity

This is a Group-level role focused on turning AI capability into real, measurable business value - not building theoretical strategy. Reporting into the CTO, you'll have significant scope and visibility across a genuinely complex, federated organisation, driving practical AI adoption across leaders, knowledge workers and business functions.

This is a role for someone who is practical, energetic and comfortable getting out into the business someone who can answer "how do we implement this, and what value will it create?" rather than someone drawn to theoretical AI architecture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
