AI Adoption Manager
Location: UK, hybrid possible
Salary: £45,000 to £80,000 depending on experience
Type: Full-time, permanent
Recruited by Senios on behalf of our client. This is not an internal role at Senios.
About the Role
Our client is a UK organisation that has already invested in AI. What is missing is someone to accelerate the adoption and provide guidance, insights, support and best practices.
In many organisations AI technology has arrived faster than anyone's ability to really absorb it. And the difference between the companies where AI genuinely changed how work gets done, and those where it did not, will be decided over the next few years, by people in roles like this one. There is no established playbook for this yet. You would be writing part of it.
This is very much a change management role, not an engineering role. You will own the ‘people side’ of AI adoption: readiness, enablement, communications and behaviour change you can measure. Your job is getting your colleagues to use AI tools and processes well, and deliver results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assessing AI readiness, capability gaps and change impact across departments and teams, then building rollout and adoption plans
- Running internal workshops, coaching sessions and/or role-based training for colleagues at very different levels of AI confidence
- Building champion networks, super-user groups and communities of practice, and keeping adoption spreading after launch
- Creating the enablement layer: toolkits, user guides, playbooks and clear use-case examples
- Designing and running communications that build awareness and trust, for different teams and departments
- Surfacing challenges and blockers, including fear, scepticism, trust concerns and poor workflow fit, and working through them
- Partnering with other teams to identify and prioritise high-value use cases, then managing and driving pilots and projects
- Tracking adoption, usage and business impact, and turning the data into dashboards and recommendations leaders can act on

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About Senios
Senios works on a new category of role: the people companies hire to own AI adoption inside their organisation: AI transformation manager, AI adoption lead, head of AI enablement… The titles vary, the scope is broadly the same, and not many people have done it before. We are helping both candidates and companies in this space.
Senios is a brand of AgentAya Limited (company no. 16774864), registered in England and Wales.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
