Job title: AI Adoption Trainer (Google Gemini & Claude)
Contract: 3 months
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Rate: £450–£500 per day
Role overview
We're looking for an experienced AI Adoption Trainer to help our clients teams get real value from AI tools in their everyday work. You'll train staff across Google Workspace with Gemini, and show them when to use Claude (Sonnet and Opus) for more complex writing, analysis and research. The goal is simple: everyone knows which tool to use for which task, and uses it confidently and safely.
Key responsibilities
Training delivery
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, live and virtual, for staff at all levels
- Train teams on Gemini across Google Workspace:
- Gmail: summarising threads, Help me write, catching up after leave
- Docs: drafting, proofreading, rewriting and summarising
- Sheets: building tables, Smart Fill, formulas and sheet summaries
- Slides: generating images, drafting slide text, turning notes into outlines
- Meet: automatic notes, action items and live translation
- Drive and Chat: finding and summarising files and conversations
- Gemini app and Gems for repeatable team tasks
- NotebookLM: briefing packs, audio overviews and Q&A over policies and research
- Train teams on Claude Sonnet for everyday professional work: long-form writing, document review, working with large files, data analysis, creating finished files, research summaries, automation, and Projects or skills for recurring workflows
- Train senior and specialist users on Claude Opus for higher-stakes work: strategy and board papers, complex analysis, contract and policy review, large multi-step tasks and second opinions on critical work

Guidance and enablement
- Build and maintain clear guidance on which tool to use for which task, tailored to different teams and roles
- Create training materials: quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, how-to videos and use-case examples
- Set up reusable assets for teams, such as Gems, Claude Projects and skills
- Promote safe and responsible AI use, including data handling, checking outputs and human sign-off on legal, financial and external work

Adoption and measurement
- Work with team leads to find high-value use cases and tailor training to real workflows
- Track adoption and usage, collect feedback and report progress to stakeholders
- Run follow-up sessions, drop-in clinics and champions networks to keep momentum going
- Keep up with new features in Gemini and Claude and update training as they change
Required skills and experience
- Proven experience delivering technology or software training to non-technical audiences
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Workspace with Gemini
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Claude, including the differences between Sonnet and Opus
- Confident building prompts, workflows and reusable assistants (Gems, Projects, skills)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in person and virtually
- Ability to create clear, practical training materials
- Understanding of responsible AI use and data privacy (UK GDPR)
- Comfortable working with stakeholders from frontline staff to senior leadership
- Experience setting up AI champions networks
