Every day our teams help people in businesses and communities to do what is right and achieve their goals.

We’re happy to talk flexible working and consider reduced hours and job shares, we’ll support you to balance your work and life.

A look into the role

Knowing you’re right for us

We’ve set ambitious growth targets for the firm, and we need the right people to help us achieve these. We’re looking for people who will bring ambition and drive to their role. In changing markets, we need to be able to work at pace and be adaptable to change and to be curious, asking questions of ourselves, each other and our clients to ensure we are delivering the services and quality we expect.

Role Overview

As a Manager in our AI consultancy team, you will help clients work out where AI can make a real difference to their business, and how to get there. This is a consulting role first. You will spend your time with clients, listening, asking the right questions, and turning what you hear into clear strategies, plans and recommendations.

You will lead client conversations and workshops, shape AI strategy, help clients decide which ideas are worth pursuing, and run small teams. You will also be hands-on with the tools. We expect our managers to use Claude and other AI tools every day to produce strategies, interview notes, diagrams of proposed solutions and client materials, faster and to a higher standard.

Key Responsibilities

Working with clients to understand their needs

  • Run interviews and workshops with client teams, from frontline staff to senior leaders, to understand their challenges, their data and how ready they are for AI
  • Pull together what you hear into clear notes, insights and findings
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and act as their day-to-day contact

Shaping AI strategy

  • Work with clients to identify, assess and rank the practical uses of AI, including generative AI (AI that creates text, images or code), by value, feasibility and readiness
  • Develop business cases and ways to measure benefits that give clients confidence to invest
  • Turn broad business problems into practical plans, with a clear first phase and options for how the client should organise itself to use AI
  • Create diagrams that explain the proposed solution clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Producing high-quality work with AI tools

  • Use Claude, Claude Design, Claude Cowork and other tools to draft strategies, proposals, presentations, interview notes and diagrams
  • Check all AI-assisted work carefully for accuracy, logic and tone before it reaches a client
  • Share good practice and prompts with the wider team, and help raise the standard of AI-enabled work

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
