Artificial Intelligence is becoming a core part of how we operate, and we're looking for an ambitious AI Agent Builder & Automation Specialist to join our growing AI team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves technology, enjoys solving problems and gets excited about finding smarter ways of working.
You'll help build AI agents, automate business processes, improve workflows and support teams across the business. From customer service and recruitment to ecommerce, marketing and operations, you'll identify opportunities where AI can save time, increase efficiency and improve results.
We're not looking for a researcher or academic.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building things, testing ideas and using AI to solve real business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI agents for different departments
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes
- Create workflows that improve efficiency and productivity
- Support teams with AI tools and automation solutions
- Research and test emerging AI technologies
- Develop internal AI tools and solutions
- Connect systems and platforms through automation
- Monitor performance and improve existing workflows
- Create documentation and best-practice guides
- Help drive AI adoption across the business

Skills Needed
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and automation
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and improve processes
- Good understanding of business operations and workflows
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience building AI agents
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar
- Experience creating workflows and automations
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Experience with prompt engineering
- Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript or SQL
- Experience working with data and reporting
- Experience using AI for customer service, marketing, ecommerce or operational processes
- Experience implementing AI solutions within a business environment
