Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for an AI Agent Designer to join our ever-evolving AI Strategy team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
- Design and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and autonomous agent experiences that transform how work gets done across Global Payments.
- Partner with business leaders to identify high-value opportunities, translate business challenges into agentic solutions, and define future-state ways of working.
- Create agent blueprints, workflow designs, requirements, and success metrics that enable engineering teams to build scalable AI solutions.
- Lead AI discovery workshops, map complex cross-functional processes, and uncover opportunities for automation, augmentation, and productivity gains.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and agent frameworks, helping shape the company's vision for the next generation of AI-enabled work.
What you’ll bring
- 5 years+ of experience in business analysis, product management, consulting, process design, solution design, or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into structured requirements, workflows, or technology solutions.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business and technology leaders.
- Experience with AI, automation, workflow platforms, or data-driven technologies.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence decision-making.

It’s a bonus if you have
- Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, knowledge management, RAG architectures, or AI product development.
