Job Opportunity: AI Agent Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Agent Developer based in the United Kingdom.

This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver intelligent AI agents that transform how users interact with enterprise systems. You will build conversational experiences that automate tasks, answer questions, and execute complex business workflows.

Working with Microsoft Copilot Studio and modern generative AI technologies, you will connect agents to data, applications, APIs, and knowledge sources. You will develop RAG solutions that make enterprise information more accessible, relevant, and actionable.

The role combines hands-on development with solution design, production support, governance, and continuous optimization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities and turn them into scalable AI solutions.

This is an ideal opportunity for an AI-focused developer who enjoys applying emerging technologies to practical enterprise challenges.

Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related generative AI technologies.
  • Build conversational experiences capable of answering user questions, automating tasks, and executing business workflows.
  • Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party platforms.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
  • Create and manage Power Automate workflows and AI-enabled business processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Configure agent topics, actions, plugins, connectors, orchestration logic, and other components required for effective agent experiences.
  • Apply appropriate governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Monitor agent performance, adoption, usage metrics, and response quality, using insights to drive continuous improvements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define AI use cases, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the reliability and operational performance of AI solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
