About The Role
We are seeking a talented AI Agent Developer to join our dynamic team at Hypercreate Ltd. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in AI, automation, and software development. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and JavaScript, as well as experience with APIs and workflow automation tools, is highly desirable. A solid understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and retrieval-based AI systems will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and work meticulously within structured processes. A background in developing or supporting AI solutions, along with effective communication skills, will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and testing of AI agents and chatbot workflows to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Build integrations between AI tools, APIs, and existing business systems to facilitate seamless automation.
- Create prompt flows, develop knowledge bases, and define response logic to improve AI interactions.
- Test agent outputs rigorously for quality, reliability, and safety, implementing improvements as needed.
- Document workflows, technical decisions, and testing results to maintain clear records and facilitate future enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to translate business needs into effective AI use cases and solutions.
