Signal over Noise is the AI growth engine for D2C companies: it reconciles truth across the tools operators already use, surfaces blind spots, and executes agreed moves behind an approval gate. We're an AI-native company: AI is how a small team gets the leverage of a much larger one. Agents carry long-running work across development, operations, and the product itself; people work with them throughout, setting direction and making the judgment calls. You'll define what that looks like with us.
What you'll do
- Build the product's agentic core: the durable workflows, automations, and approval-gated execution that D2C operators trust to run their growth.
- Ship features through agents: you design the development workflows, set the quality bar, and own what lands in front of customers.
- Extend the same craft to operations: knowledge ingest, feedback triage, and prospect briefs already run on agents; make more of the business run that way.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
