Colt provides network, voice and data centre services to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing them to focus on delivering their business goals instead of the underlying infrastructure.
Why we need this role
Marketing is undergoing a fundamental shift—from campaign execution to AI-driven, always-on, personalised engagement powered by autonomous agents.
Within the CMO function, multiple AI agents will increasingly support (and in some cases lead):
- Campaign creation and optimisation
- Content generation and localisation
- Customer insight and segmentation
- Sales enablement and pipeline acceleration
- Executive and internal communications
As highlighted in internal discussions, a key challenge is determining what agents to build, how many are needed, and how they work together across marketing workflows.
Without a dedicated role:
- Marketing agents risk being fragmented across teams with inconsistent quality and governance
- Value will be limited to task automation rather than end-to-end marketing transformation
- There is increased risk around brand consistency, compliance, and customer trust
- Costs and ROI of AI-driven marketing will remain opaque and unmanaged
The AI Agent Manager will act as the product manager of AI agents within Marketing, ensuring they operate as a coordinated digital workforce, delivering measurable impact across customer engagement, pipeline growth, and brand strength.
What you will do
-
Own the Marketing AI Agent Ecosystem
Define, govern, and scale a portfolio of AI agents across campaign, content, and insight use cases. -
Redesign Marketing Around AI
Transform end-to-end marketing workflows into agent-driven, always-on engagement models that improve speed, personalisation, and ROI. -
Orchestrate Agents Across the Funnel (AgentOps)
Ensure seamless collaboration between agents and integration with CRM, marketing platforms, and data systems. -
Ensure Brand, Data & Content Control
Govern how agents use data and generate content to maintain brand consistency, accuracy, and compliance. -
Drive Performance, ROI & Cost Efficiency
Monitor agent output and impact, optimise performance, and manage AI costs against commercial outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
