Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Overview

Our client's marketing function is moving a set of AI agent use cases onto Claude after an earlier build on a different platform broke down through a lack of ongoing maintenance. Around half of a 20-agent list is already built and documented; the rest are still at the concept stage. This short, focused engagement is to assess what exists, help shape and prioritize what doesn’t, and leave the business with a sequenced roadmap and a credible investment case it can take to its board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run stakeholder discovery across the marketing team, sales leadership, and IT/security to ground the engagement in real workflow needs.
  • Assess the agents already built against a common architecture and maintenance model, flagging any rework needed before they can be relied on.
  • Work through the remaining idea-stage concepts with the team to define scope, and bring an independent, experience-based recommendation on which to prioritize.
  • Diagnose why the previous agent platform failed to stay maintained, and design an ownership/maintenance model for the new build that avoids repeating it.
  • Produce a single, sequenced roadmap covering the full agent list, ranked by priority.
  • Package the roadmap into a board-ready investment case, and deliver a fixed-price quote structure for the follow-on build phase.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering production AI agent programmes (LLM-based agents, ideally including Claude) in a marketing or sales context, not just advisory or theoretical exposure.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn early-stage concepts into build-ready specifications - defining requirements and example inputs/outputs from scratch.
  • Track record building investment cases or business cases that have secured board-level technology sign-off.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or a comparable agent platform, useful for diagnosing why a prior build lost maintenance.
  • Marketing or sales-operations domain knowledge.
  • Experience designing agent governance or maintenance operating models for a small in-house team.
