Our client is a global firm going through expansion of their AI team. They are currently looking for an AI Agents Lead Developer:
Requirements:
- Deep hands-on expertise in AI engineering and modern software delivery, including building and deploying LLM-based or agentic systems into production environments.
- Strong full-stack technical foundations across Python and/or TypeScript, APIs, and modern engineering practices, with the credibility to set technical direction for engineering teams.
- A track record of leading delivery teams and owning outcomes on complex technology programmes.
- Experience advising senior stakeholders on technology strategy, architecture decisions, and adoption road maps.
- Proven ability to mentor and grow engineers and consultants.

Desirables:
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK), MCP-based integrations, or multi-agent architectures.
- Familiarity with evaluation and observability tooling for LLM systems (e.g., LangSmith).
- Exposure to SAP or large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
- Experience contributing to practice growth: proposals, business development, or capability building.
- Advocacy of AI-native engineering tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) within team workflows.
