Vinarchy. Redefining Wine.

Established in 2025 following the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, Vinarchy is an exceptional global wine company committed to redefining wine.

Crafting extraordinary wines in Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Chile and the United States, and sharing them in almost every corner of the world, we are relentlessly innovative, ambitious and imaginative at every stage from grape to glass.

About The Role

The Automation & AI Analyst is responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering AI-powered business improvements across Vinarchy. This role acts as the bridge between business teams and technology, turning operational challenges and opportunities into practical AI, automation, and digital solutions. The role focuses on driving measurable business value through the adoption of Generative AI, AI Agents, workflow automation, intelligent document processing, process optimisation, and Copilot-enabled productivity improvements.

Rather than simply developing solutions, the AI & Automation Analyst helps shape how work gets done across the organisation by embedding automation and AI into everyday business processes.

Key Responsibilities

AI and Automation Solution Design, Delivery and Enablement

  • Design workflows leveraging Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, and emerging technologies.
  • Implement AI-assisted solutions including content generation, summarisation, classification, decision support, and workflow augmentation, supporting the full lifecycle from design and testing through to production deployment and business adoption. Recommend optimal approaches balancing speed, cost, scalability, and governance. Translate business requirements into functional designs and working solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to increase employee productivity through AI augmentation.
  • Monitor AI solution effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Promote responsible and ethical use of AI technologies.
  • Translate technical AI capabilities into practical business solutions that stakeholders can easily understand and adopt.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
