AI Analyst Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an AI Analyst to join our IT and Transformation function within PFP Commercial.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, innovation, and AI. Working closely with the AI Transformation Lead, you'll help identify, develop, and deliver AI-powered solutions, including Microsoft Copilot technologies, that improve efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes across Places for People.
Where will I be working?
Based out of our Northwich office (CW9 7LN) – we will be able to offer Hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office.
What will my responsibilities be?
As an AI Analyst, you'll support the development of our AI roadmap by researching opportunities, analyzing business needs, and helping to build and implement AI and automation solutions.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and translate ideas into practical workflows, automations, and AI-enabled tools
- Support backlog management, solution delivery, testing, and continuous improvement activities
- Help ensure solutions align with governance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles
- Produce documentation, progress updates, and insights to support delivery and decision-making
What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone with experience in a business, product, or data analyst role, ideally within a technology, software, or transformation environment.
- Confident gathering requirements, documenting processes, and translating business needs into workable solutions
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
Essential Criteria
- Experience in an analyst role within a technology, software, or transformation environment
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills, including user stories and process mapping
- The ability to translate business needs into AI or automation solutions
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar

Preferred Experience
- Experience or exposure to Microsoft Copilot or other AI technologies
- An understanding of AI concepts and how they can be applied within business systems
- Awareness of APIs, Azure, AWS, or low-code platforms
- Understanding of data governance, GDPR, and responsible AI principles
