About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an AI Analyst to join our IT and Transformation function within PFP Commercial. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence, seeking to contribute to transformative projects that drive efficiency and enhance user experiences. Working closely with the AI Transformation Lead, you will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and delivering AI-powered solutions, including leveraging Microsoft Copilot technologies. Your efforts will support the development of our AI roadmap, ensuring solutions align with governance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles. This position offers a hybrid working environment based out of our Northwich office, with three days a week in the office, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a business, product, or data analyst role within a technology, software, or transformation environment. Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills are essential, along with the ability to translate business needs into AI or automation solutions. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies, tools such as Jira and Confluence, and excellent stakeholder management skills are required. Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI technologies, understanding of APIs, cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, and knowledge of data governance, GDPR, and responsible AI principles. A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are also key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities

As an AI Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development of the AI roadmap by researching opportunities and analyzing business needs.
  • Working with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
  • Translating these into practical workflows, automations, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Assisting in backlog management, solution delivery, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Producing comprehensive documentation, progress updates, and insights to inform decision-making and facilitate effective project management.
  • Ensuring all solutions adhere to governance standards, data privacy policies, and responsible AI principles.
