Job Description
We're looking for a curious, proactive, and enthusiastic individual to join Proforest as our AI Analyst, Europe.
This is a newly created role at an exciting time of change for Proforest as we explore how artificial intelligence can support our people, strengthen the way we work, and enhance the value we deliver to clients and partners. This position offers the opportunity to help shape AI adoption across the organisation, working with colleagues from a wide range of technical and operational teams.
The role is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension.
The Role
As AI Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Proforest's AI initiatives across Europe and the wider organisation. Working closely with colleagues across technical and operational teams, you will help identify practical opportunities for AI adoption, develop and test pilot solutions, support staff learning, and contribute to the development of internal guidance and good practice.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning about emerging technologies, solving problems, working collaboratively, and turning ideas into practical solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
