AI Analytics Account Executive
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Analytics Account Executive based in United Kingdom.
This is a strategic sales role focused on accelerating growth across analytics, AI, and modern data platform solutions.
You will partner closely with enterprise Account Executives to identify opportunities, advance complex deals, and expand customer relationships.
The role combines deep expertise in analytics and AI with hands-on enterprise sales execution and consultative selling.
You will create new pipeline within existing accounts while helping sales teams position solutions around customer business priorities.
As a specialist overlay, you will influence multiple accounts and stakeholders while bringing strong domain expertise to the wider sales organisation.
You will engage senior technology and business leaders, navigate complex buying processes, and help customers modernize their data environments.
This is an opportunity to play a visible role in expanding adoption of data and AI technologies within a collaborative, high-performance EMEA sales environment.
Accountabilities
- Partner with Account Executives and territory owners to accelerate active enterprise opportunities involving analytics, AI, data platforms, and related solutions.
- Co-sell on complex opportunities, providing specialist domain expertise, customer insights, value propositions, and sales support throughout the deal cycle.
- Design and execute targeted sales campaigns within existing customer accounts to uncover new analytics and AI opportunities and expand the commercial footprint.
- Generate new pipeline proactively rather than relying solely on inbound opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and connect analytics, AI, data modernization, cloud, and platform capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the broader sales organisation, providing current analytics messaging, competitive positioning, industry insights, and value propositions.
- Enable Account Executives and other field teams to confidently position analytics and AI solutions with enterprise customers.
- Work closely with account owners to integrate specialist solutions into broader account plans and territory strategies.
- Engage credibly with senior technology and business executives, helping them understand the strategic and commercial value of modern data and AI capabilities.
- Lead discovery, qualification, negotiation, forecasting, and closing activities for opportunities within your specialist area.
- Apply structured enterprise sales methodologies, including MEDDIC, to qualify opportunities and progress complex buying processes.
- Build strong relationships across multiple accounts and sales teams while influencing outcomes without directly owning the overall account relationship.
- Maintain strong commercial ownership, urgency, accountability, and focus throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant sales, technical, and business teams to improve deal execution and customer outcomes.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in enterprise technology environments.
- Demonstrated experience selling analytics, AI, data platforms, cloud, databases, data modernization, or closely related enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong consultative and value-based selling capabilities, with experience applying MEDDIC or comparable structured sales methodologies to complex enterprise deals.
- Demonstrated ability to create and develop pipeline proactively within existing accounts.
- Experience selling complex technology solutions to enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders and extended buying cycles.
- Strong understanding of analytics, AI, modern data platforms, data modernization, cloud technologies, or related enterprise technology domains.
- Ability to engage confidently and credibly with senior technology and business executives and translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Strong discovery, qualification, negotiation, forecasting, and closing skills.
- Ability to operate effectively as a specialist overlay across multiple Account Executives, territories, and customer accounts.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes without directly owning the broader customer relationship.
- High level of commercial ownership, urgency, accountability, and resilience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment where strategic thinking and hands-on sales execution are equally important.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
- A customer-focused mindset and genuine interest in helping organisations use data and AI to modernize their technology environments.
