AI and Copilot Developer: London (Hybrid): Up to GBP70,000
We are working with a leading professional services organisation that is investing heavily in automation, AI, and modern workplace technologies. As part of this growth, they are looking for an AI and Copilot Developer to help build innovative business applications and intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform and AI ecosystem.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about AI, automation, and low-code development who wants to play a key role in delivering solutions that improve business processes and user experience.
What You'll Be Doing as the AI and Copilot Developer
- Developing and enhancing applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Building AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio and Agent Builder technologies.
- Creating automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and RPA tools.
- Supporting integrations with APIs, external platforms, and business systems.
- Working with Dataverse, solution management, and development lifecycle processes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI technologies.

What We're Looking For in the AI and Copilot Developer
- Commercial experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience or exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Agents, or Microsoft AI technologies.
- Knowledge of Dataverse, Power FX, JSON, JavaScript, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure DevOps and ALM processes.
- Exposure to Microsoft Foundry or other AI development platforms.
- Experience delivering automation projects within a corporate or professional services environment.
