Role Description
The AI and IT Apprentice is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The apprentice will support day-to-day IT operations, including assisting with network administration tasks, basic system configuration, and routine maintenance under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Escalating complex problems when needed
- Helping to maintain secure and reliable network environments
- Contributing to AI-related initiatives, such as data collection, documentation, and testing of tools
- Providing clear and professional customer service to internal users
The apprentice will learn and apply best practices in IT and AI, participate in training activities, and maintain accurate records of work completed.

Qualifications
- Foundational skills in Information Technology and an interest in AI technologies.
- Ability to perform basic Network Administration tasks and support Network Security practices.
- Competence in Troubleshooting common hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, as part of a collaborative team.
- Relevant coursework, certifications, or practical experience in IT or computer science are beneficial.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom and readiness to engage in an apprenticeship program.
