AI Architect
CO-ORDI · Remote · Contract
Company Description
CO-ORDI embeds vetted AI Architects directly into client teams to coordinate AI systems that drive measurable revenue growth and operational scale. We build tailored AI workflows that compress research time, automate strategic content and analysis, and enable autonomous execution, so leaders can focus on key decisions. Founded by former government strategist Daniel Kerambrum-Bicourt, CO-ORDI is grounded in delivering high-impact, results-oriented solutions. Our architects design connected systems across sales, operations, delivery and product that compound in value as organisations grow, deployed in days with mapped value defined in the first week.
Role Description
This is a contract role on the CO-ORDI roster of AI Architects. Engagements are project-based or embedded, part-time or full-time depending on the client, and run remotely. If you're based in London, the odd client visit may occur, and we'll talk it through with you first. CO-ORDI puts you forward for client engagements matched to your strengths and brings you into the AI work we win. Work is engagement-based, so between engagements you are free to run your own ventures.
On an engagement, you will design and implement LLM systems architecture and AI-driven workflows that connect sales, operations, delivery and product into cohesive, scalable systems. You will translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, work alongside the client's own team, and lead the build and integration of AI solutions, including agents, automations, data workflows and custom interfaces.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
