Role: AI Architect

Location: London
Working Days: 3-4 days per week on-site
Salary: Up to £100,000 (+ Bonus)

Lumora Solutions is partnering with a globally recognised consultancy at the forefront of AI innovation, hiring for an AI Architect to work with a global banking client.

In the role, you will shape the architecture behind AI-driven solutions that transform complex, data-intensive businesses. Lead teams in building secure, scalable AI systems that accelerate innovation and intelligent decision-making.

What you will be doing:

  • Define the AI architecture vision and roadmap, working across Agentic AI, LLMs and AI solutions on GCP and hybrid environments.
  • Design secure, scalable AI solutions covering data, model development, deployment, and feedback loops.
  • Build integration patterns using APIs, events, and microservices to embed AI into existing platforms.
  • Establish MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for versioning, CI/CD, approvals, and controlled AI model releases.

What you will bring:

  • Strong experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, and AI guardrails.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks, LLMOps/MLOps, and AI solutions on GCP or similar cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of API-first, event-driven architectures, and end-to-end AI/ML pipelines.
  • Experience designing secure, scalable AI architectures, including real-time and batch inference, monitoring, and observability.
  • Understanding of AI risk, model governance, and data protection, ideally within regulated financial services.
  • Experience working within banking and financial services environments would be a nice-to-have.
