The Role
As an experienced AI Architect you will be responsible for defining, designing, and governing enterprise AI solutions, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, and AI-driven business transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
AI Strategy & Architecture:
- Define enterprise AI architecture, standards, and target-state roadmaps.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI and GenAI solution designs.
- Establish reference architectures for AI, Agentic AI, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, and Intelligent Automation.
- Align AI initiatives with enterprise architecture and technology strategy across Commercial & Institutional portfolio.
Solution Design:
- Design end-to-end AI platforms covering:
- Data ingestion and processing
- Model development and deployment
- Vector databases and embeddings
- Prompt orchestration
- Agent frameworks
- Monitoring and observability
- Integration patterns
Agentic AI:
- Design architectures using:
- LLMs
- RAG frameworks
- Multi-agent systems
- Autonomous workflows
- Define guardrails, human-in-the-loop controls, governance, and risk management.
- Create reusable AI patterns and accelerators.

Data & Platform Architecture:
- Work closely with Data Architects to define:
- Data models
- Metadata management
- Data lineage
- Governance frameworks
- Design AI-ready data platforms and lakehouse architectures.
- Ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance.
Cloud & Engineering Leadership:
- Architect AI solutions on AWS
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Governance & Risk:
- Implement Responsible AI principles and support Bank;s AI governance
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Define model monitoring, explainability, bias detection, and performance governance processes.

- 12–18+ years overall IT experience.
- 5+ years in AI/ML or Data & Analytics architecture.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI or GenAI programs.
- Experience designing cloud-native platforms and integration ecosystems.

Skills/knowledge/experience:
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional
- TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification
