Overview
We’re building a new AI capability to respond to client briefs across advertising, production, and post-production, and we’re looking for an AI Artist to help deliver it.
This role is ideal for a hands-on AI practitioner with strong operator skills who can work across fast-moving briefs, build and refine outputs, and contribute confidently within a growing team structure.
Working closely with the AI Artist Lead and Creative Director, you’ll help translate briefs into executable AI workflows, create and iterate assets, and support delivery across projects while working within real-world production timelines and quality expectations.
This is a hands-on delivery role. You’ll spend the majority of your time in the tools, making, refining, testing, and troubleshooting work across a range of AI-driven production tasks.

Deliver AI Work Across Live Projects
- Create and iterate AI-driven outputs across video, visual, and audio workflows
- Translate briefs and feedback into practical prompt, workflow, and edit iterations
- Support delivery across multiple projects with different timelines and levels of complexity
- Help maintain quality, consistency, and reliability across outputs

Work Within an AI Project Team
- Work closely with the AI Artist Lead, Creative Director of AI, and other team members on active briefs
- Respond positively to direction, feedback, and changing creative requirements
- Share learning, problem-solving approaches, and workflow knowledge with the wider team
- Collaborate effectively with freelance and in-house specialists as project needs evolve
Stay Hands-On in the Tools
- Build, refine, and troubleshoot AI workflows across video, visual, and audio generation
- Test different models, approaches, and settings to achieve the best output for the brief
- Work across adjacent tools where needed, including edit, compositing, or workflow support tasks
Help Build the AI Capability
- Contribute to improving workflows, best practices, and QA consistency
- Surface tool insights, workflow issues, and practical learnings from delivery
- Support the team in building repeatable and scalable ways of working
Qualifications
Essential Experience
- Experience as an AI artist, creative technologist, or similar hands-on role
- Background in agency, production, or post-production environments is preferred
- Clear understanding of real-world production workflows, approvals, and deadlines
- Ability to work independently on defined tasks while collaborating closely with leads and wider teams
- Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly under time pressure
AI & Creative Skillset

- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for video, audio, and visual creation
- Strong working knowledge of tools such as:
- Frontier generative video models (e.g. Veo / Runway / Kling / Sora-class)
- Generative audio tools (e.g. ElevenLabs or equivalent)
- LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
- ComfyUI
- Node-based workflows and adjacent AI tooling
- Solid video editing literacy (Premiere, Resolve, or equivalent)
- Understanding of CGI / 3D workflows (literacy rather than deep specialism)
- Strong creative judgement, taste, and storytelling instinct
