AI Assistant / AI Graduate

Sevenoaks, Kent | £35,000–£45,000

An exciting opportunity for an AI Graduate or early-career AI professional to join a growing organisation and play a hands-on role in shaping how Artificial Intelligence is used across the business.

This is a newly created position, rather than a traditional IT support role. You’ll work closely with Management and teams across Project Management, Estimating, Technical, Quantity Surveying, Accounts, and Operations to identify where AI can improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.

The longer-term opportunity is particularly interesting: help the organisation define its AI strategy and roadmap, then actually execute it.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and business processes
  • Develop AI tools and workflows using Microsoft Copilot and other secure AI platforms
  • Improve data collection, analysis, and process monitoring
  • Analyse project/business data and develop dashboards and management insights
  • Explore AI solutions for document review, compliance, and reporting
  • Work across multiple departments to understand problems and develop practical AI solutions
  • Help employees adopt AI through training, support, and day-to-day use
  • Contribute to the company's wider AI strategy, roadmap, and transformation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
