AI & Automation Analyst

London – Hybrid
Salary: Up to £48,000 + Benefits

We’re excited to be partnering with a global Food & Beverage organisation on their search for an AI & Automation Analyst to join their growing Data Science & AI team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career at the intersection of AI, automation and business technology, working hands-on with tools including Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps and Claude.

What you can expect:

  • Hands-on exposure to AI & automation – supporting the development and maintenance of practical solutions that improve how teams across the business work, from automated workflows through to AI assistants and Copilot agents.
  • A strong learning environment – you'll work alongside an experienced Data Science & AI team, gaining exposure to new technologies and developing your skills across the Microsoft Power Platform and generative AI.
  • Real business impact – working from clear requirements to build, test and improve solutions that are used by colleagues across the organisation, while developing an understanding of how AI and automation can be applied effectively in a large business.
  • A varied technical landscape – you'll work across Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot, Claude, SharePoint and Teams, with the opportunity to develop further into areas such as Python, SQL, APIs, Databricks and AI agents.

Desired background / skillset:

  • Some practical experience or a strong interest in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint and Teams.
  • Experience using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude, whether professionally, academically or through personal projects.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the confidence to investigate straightforward issues, while knowing when to escalate more complex technical or security concerns.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach, particularly when supporting colleagues and explaining technical processes in simple terms.
  • A genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technology, with the appetite to learn and develop quickly.
