AI & Automation Analyst

Help shape the future of AI in one of the South East's fastest-growing construction and property development businesses.

We're looking for an AI & Automation Analyst to join an ambitious organisation in Kent and play a pivotal role in its AI transformation journey.

This is not a role where you'll be sat in the background building models. You'll work closely with teams across Estimating, Procurement, Accounts and Operations, identifying opportunities to automate processes, streamline workflows and embed AI into everyday business operations.

As the business's AI & Automation Analyst, you'll bridge the gap between technology and operations, turning AI ideas into practical solutions that improve productivity, decision-making and efficiency across the organisation.

The Company

Our client is a well-established multidisciplinary construction and property development business based in Kent. As part of a significant digital transformation programme, they are investing heavily in AI technologies to improve operational efficiency, enhance decision-making and empower employees with intelligent tools that make a real difference.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the business at the start of its AI journey and help shape how artificial intelligence is adopted across the organisation.

The Role

Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing and implementing AI solutions that deliver measurable business improvements.

Working with stakeholders across multiple departments, you'll analyse existing processes, build AI-powered workflows, develop dashboards and support the successful rollout of new technologies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
