The Opportunity

Are you a technical, execution-focused builder who wants to ship cutting-edge AI and automation tools? Open Partners is looking for an AI & Automation Associate Partner to join our AI & Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE). Working to the direction and standards set by CoE leadership, you will turn defined requirements into working software, reliable automations, and agentic workflows across creative, media, and data teams. You will deepen your engineering craft, build data pipelines, and develop LLM-powered features that drive efficiency across the agency.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Core Engineering & Build: Build, test, and deploy AI features, tools, and automation pipelines to defined requirements across creative, media, and data workflows.
  • Platform & API Integration: Develop and maintain automation workflows and data pipelines, integrating core agency platforms through their APIs.
  • Agentic & LLM Workflows: Implement LLM-powered features and agentic workflows using established CoE patterns, such as orchestration frameworks and RAG / grounded retrieval.
  • Code Quality & Standards: Write clean, maintainable code and configuration, keeping all technical documentation up to agreed standards.
  • Security & Compliance: Apply agency standards for security, authentication, data handling, GDPR, and bias prevention in everything you build.
  • Maintenance & Monitoring: Monitor live tools, respond to issues, fix bugs, and optimize performance to ensure high reliability and uptime.
  • Governance & Registration: Register all completed work in the App Passport and keep governance records fully up to date.
  • Adoption & Support: Produce how-to guidance, answer user questions, and support the rollout of tools across internal teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
