AI Automation Coach - Fully remote
FIND is working with an AI Training & Enablement organisation who’re looking for multiple AI Automation Coaches to help professionals develop their understanding of AI & Automation and, importantly, learn how to apply it effectively within their day-to-day roles.
We're interested in people who have practical exposure to tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, AI Agents or workflow automation, understand how automation can improve the way people work, and enjoy helping others get more from technology.
Responsibilities
You might currently work in automation, Power Platform, digital transformation, business analysis, process improvement, operations, technology consulting or another role where you've used technology to automate or improve business processes.
You'll work with learners completing an AI & Automation-focused apprenticeship programme, helping them apply what they're learning to genuine workplace challenges. That could include identifying opportunities for automation, building or improving workflows, using AI Agents, automating repetitive processes and helping learners demonstrate the impact of what they've implemented.

Requirements
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform or similar automation tools
- Experience creating or working with automated workflows and business process automation
- Exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Agents or Agentic AI
- A good understanding of how AI & Automation can be applied to improve everyday business processes and productivity
- Experience using technology to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks or improve ways of working
- Confidence communicating with people from both technical and non-technical backgrounds
- Curiosity about AI & Automation and a genuine interest in keeping up with how the technology is developing

Experience with Power Apps, APIs/connectors, Copilot, low-code/no-code platforms or more advanced workflow automation would be useful, but is not essential.
Experience with other AI & Automation technologies is also welcomed – whether that's Claude, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Gemini, Make, Zapier, n8n or similar tools.
You DO NOT need to be a Software Engineer, Python Developer or experienced Automation Engineer.
Likewise, you DO NOT need to have formally worked as a Coach / Mentor / Trainer / Instructor / Teacher / Lecturer etc before.
You'll receive support to develop that side of the role. What matters is that you can communicate clearly, enjoy working with people and have enough practical automation experience to help others understand and apply it effectively.
