Job Title: AI & Automation Lead (SC Cleared)
Location: Canary Wharf
About the Role / Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced AI & Automation Lead to drive the design and implementation of AI solutions that deliver significant organisational value. This role is pivotal in ensuring the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies within a complex governmental environment. The successful candidate will lead initiatives that operationalise AI and data products, fostering stakeholder relationships and building organisational capability in AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI solutions that align with organisational goals.
- Lead the operationalisation of AI/data products using appropriate methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in AI use.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to gain support and buy-in for AI initiatives.
- Develop team members and enhance organisational capability in AI.

Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in AI solution design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management.
- Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Ability to lead and develop team members effectively.
Experience Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering AI solutions in complex environments.
- Background in managing AI/data projects from inception to adoption.
- Experience in building organisational capability and managing teams.

Details:
- £900- £1000 per day
- Until End of Dec 26
- Inside of IR35
- One day based per week on site
