We’re looking for a AI Automation Director to join our ever-evolving Enterprise Customer Due Diligence team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you’ll own

AI Engagement & Mobilisation

  • Partner with stakeholders across the Enterprise line of business to identify, shape, and mobilise AI and automation opportunities, ensuring alignment to business priorities and balancing ambition, feasibility, risk, and value
  • Independently manage a structured pipeline of AI and automation initiatives (with support from relevant leads), owning the initiative delivery from early-stage ideation through to adoption
  • Act as the driver translating AI strategy and business demand into executable initiatives, by clarifying requirements, defining business cases, delivery plans, and delivering outcomes aligned to strategy
  • Promote effective human-AI collaboration by helping teams define practical AI partnership patterns that protect the human contribution while unlocking scale, efficiency, and innovation

Senior Stakeholder Management & Influence

  • Build strong working relationships with leaders and subject-matter experts across the organisation, including commercial, operations, product, technology, risk, and compliance teams
  • Facilitate structured ideation with business stakeholders, helping surface high-value use cases and mature early ideas into prioritised initiatives within the AI pipeline
  • Provide a consistent point of ownership and coordination for AI initiatives, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility and engagement throughout the lifecycle
  • Support prioritisation and trade-off discussions by preparing options, risks, and recommended next steps; ensure decisions and actions are clearly captured and followed through

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
