AI Automation Engineer – Digital Workplace Services

We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions across Digital Workplace Services. You will leverage Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and intelligent virtual agents to improve employee experience, optimize IT operations, and enable autonomous workplace support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI-powered workplace automation solutions.
  • Develop virtual assistants, chatbots, and AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
  • Build agentic AI workflows for autonomous task execution and IT support automation.
  • Automate service desk capabilities including ticket summarization, classification, incident routing, knowledge article generation, self-healing, and virtual support.
  • Integrate AI platforms with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure Services, and enterprise applications.
  • Develop APIs, connectors, and workflow automations using Power Platform and orchestration frameworks.
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled employee self-service, collaboration, knowledge management, and productivity solutions.
  • Establish Responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, monitoring, and AI lifecycle management practices.

  • Azure, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure DevOps.
  • ServiceNow, endpoint management, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and knowledge management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Microsoft Copilot certification
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Azure Solutions Architect certification

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Digital Workplace Services, employee experience platforms, AI-powered service desks, workplace analytics, XLAs, intelligent collaboration solutions, and enterprise AI transformation programs.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, stakeholder management, clear communication with technical and business audiences, and a proactive, innovation-focused mindset.
