Job Opportunity at a Leading Government Department
A leading government department focused on safeguarding public health and delivering social care services is seeking a talented individual to join their innovative team. This organisation leverages cutting-edge technology to drive efficiency and enhance critical national services, offering a dynamic environment for those passionate about making a real impact.
The Role
- Design, build, and maintain AI agents and automation tools using Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Ensure effective integration of solutions with SharePoint, Azure services, and other departmental systems.
- Collaborate with external providers to deliver advanced AI capabilities.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Data Management for secure, governed, and reusable AI-ready datasets.
- Work closely with user research, design, and UX specialists to ensure intuitive and scalable agent adoption.
- Provide comprehensive support, including documentation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and long-term maintainability for deployed tools.
- Ensure solutions align with governance, risk, and compliance for responsible AI, information assurance, and cyber security.
- Contribute to cross-team collaboration with policy, product, data, cyber, and operational colleagues.

What You'll Need
- Experience designing and building intelligent automation or AI solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
- Ability to integrate solutions with enterprise systems such as SharePoint and Azure services.
- Understanding of secure data handling, governance, permissions, and compliant use of AI-ready datasets.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including data engineering, user research, design, and cyber security.
